Tektronix has a nice PDF on Spectrum Analyzers. You can do a google search for "tektronix fundamentals of real time spectrum analyzers" and that PDF should be listed somewhere on that first page. But it depends on what analyzer you have, if you are looking for the use of the controls, etc, you will probably have to get the manual on the scope itself. I have an HP and it is fairly easy to use.
